Privacy Policy
Effective September 6, 2024
This Privacy Policy explains how TRADE PILOT AI INC ("TradePilot AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit thetradepilot.ai, submit an application, schedule a call, communicate with us, or use related services that link to this Policy. TRADE PILOT AI INC is a Georgia corporation with a business address at 161 Peachtree Center Ave, Atlanta, Georgia. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, age or eligibility confirmation, social-media handle, referral source, onboarding timing, product preferences, call-scheduling details, communications with us, and any other information you choose to provide. If you become a customer, we may also process account, transaction, support, subscription, and relationship information needed to provide and administer the service.
We also collect information automatically from your browser or device, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of visits, cookie identifiers, and advertising-attribution information such as UTM parameters and Meta click identifiers.
We receive information from service providers and business partners that help us operate the website, manage leads, schedule calls, communicate with applicants, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and provide the TradePilot platform.
How we use information
We use personal information to operate and secure the website; receive and evaluate applications; schedule and conduct calls; provide onboarding, support, and requested services; maintain customer and prospect records; respond to questions; send administrative messages; send marketing communications where permitted; measure and improve website and advertising performance; attribute leads and sales to campaigns; detect misuse or fraud; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not use application information to make decisions about credit, financing, employment, housing, insurance, or another legally protected eligibility category.
Forms, scheduling, and communications
Our application forms, customer-relationship records, calendars, and some communications are operated through GoHighLevel and LeadConnector. Information submitted through an embedded form or calendar is transmitted directly to those services and added to TradePilot AI's account so our team can follow up and manage the relationship.
If you consent to receive marketing text messages, consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to respond to you or administer an existing relationship.
Cookies and advertising technology
The website uses essential technologies needed for security, session continuity, consent choices, form attribution, and basic operation. Where permitted, we also use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits, applications, scheduled calls, and purchases and to understand the effectiveness of advertising. Meta may use information it receives subject to its own privacy terms.
For visitors in jurisdictions where prior consent is required, advertising technology is held back until consent is given. Declining advertising cookies does not prevent you from viewing the website or applying. You can change a stored choice using the Cookie Preferences control in the footer or through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect attribution and some embedded features.
How we disclose information
We disclose personal information to vendors that process it for us, including hosting and content-delivery providers, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector for forms, CRM, calendars, and communications, Meta for advertising measurement, analytics and security providers, professional advisers, and other vendors needed to operate the business. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar transaction; to comply with law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define targeted-advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing." You may opt out of those disclosures by declining advertising cookies or contacting us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of people under 18.
Legal bases for EEA and UK visitors
Where European or UK data-protection law applies, we process information as necessary to respond to your request or take steps before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving our business. We rely on consent where the law requires it, including for non-essential advertising technology. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including the duration of a prospect or customer relationship and any period needed for support, attribution, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our vendors may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; and to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.
To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe your request and state of residence or country. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Children
The website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Third-party sites and updates
The website may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We may update this Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted here and, when appropriate, communicated by another reasonable method.
